Using the mirror tool on my iPad is an exercise I go to whenever I’m feeling down, blocked, and generally unable to create, but still feeling an urge to make something new. The fun simplicity of creating mirror portraits sets me up for success even on the most tiring or uninspired days. For this illustration, I chose a Halloween-inspired color palette to create a mysterious atmosphere.
